Made from natural bristles and copper fibers, this brush's molecular structure naturally contributes to the creation of anions - negative ions - which our bodies need to balance the positive ion load we're bombarded with throughout the day. Negative ions speed up the transport of oxygen to cells and tissues. Negative ions also make us more resistant to stress. So do yourself a favor and make this new 5-minute brushing ritual part of your health and beauty routine!
Boost blood circulation, detoxify the body by draining lymph, exfoliate the skin... Dry brushing also has a (good) reputation for combating cellulite and toning the skin. The first few times, it's advisable to proceed lightly to let the skin get used to it. Always brush from the bottom up, before showering.
Dry brushing can be considered as a two-week treatment, with daily brushing followed by maintenance two or three times a week. Like "Ishnaan" (the benefits of a cold shower), it's a practice to which you quickly become accustomed, and whose benefits you quickly feel.
Not suitable for pregnant and/or breast-feeding women. Not recommended for children under 3.
Dry brushing is not recommended for people suffering from eczema, psoriasis, body acne, shingles, burns or any other skin lesion.
Made in China.
Directions for use
Extremely simple: on dry skin, always start with the thighs (knee to groin) then the half-legs (ankles to knee) then the whole legs (foot to groin).
Then move on to the arms (hand to armpit) and finish with the stomach in clockwise circles.
Don't forget to always finish your movements in the direction of the lymphatic cisterns (popliteal, inguinal and axillary hollows) and towards the heart.
Tap the brush against a towel to clean it and follow with a quick shower.
5 minutes a day is enough, just before showering.
We recommend starting with a 2-week course of treatment, brushing once a day, then 2-3 times a week for maintenance.
No opinion at the moment.
